What services do you offer?

We provide taxi and private ground transportation services on New Providence (Nassau) and Paradise Island in The Bahamas for small or large groups of individuals. Browse homepage for more information.

How soon should I book a taxi ride?

For efficient service with C.T. Brooks it's best to arrange for transportation at least 48 hours or more in advance.

How can I book a ride?

You can book a ride on our website or by contacting us directly for assistance. For security purposes please don't use hidden/unknown caller ID's to call directly. The company will not answer a call from hidden/unknown caller ID's.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments in only US Dollars or Bahamian Dollars, including in person all major credit cards & debit cards. (Online payment options not available at the moment.)

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we provide reliable transportation to and from the airport on New Providence (Nassau) and Paradise Island.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

How will I find my driver at the airport?

The driver assigned for your pickup at the airport will have a sign with your name written on it when you exit. Other methods will be direct communication with you through text of the driver's name and license plate photo of the vehicle sent to you when you arrive. If the driver's name and license plate number don't match what we sent, then do not go with that person. Same goes for pickups at any other location.

How soon should I be to the airport for my departure flight from Nassau?

Airlines normally recommend a minimum of 3 hours in advance but from our experiences with clients throughout the years our recommendation is 2 hours minimum.

How long is the free stop enroute to my destination from the airport?

The free stop is under a fair usage policy of 20 minutes. Anything after the first 20 minutes will be an additional charge of $1 USD per minute for waiting time.

How to acquire the $10 discount?

This discount only applies when a client is interested in getting an airport pickup and airport return trip service together. You'll receive the discount when round trip payments are made in full upon arrival. The discount will not apply when receiving only a one way trip to or from the airport.
